It is hard to know where to start when describing this Amazing Lifelong Collection of the Camicia Family. When entering this beautiful lakefront home, it is easy to immediately spot what are carefully curated collections. 

We begin with a fantastic Collection of fountain pens by Waterman, Shaeffer, Cross and more. Some of these pieces even have 14K Gold Tips and their original boxes.

Another eye catching collection in this home is the selection of Blenko Glass that includes limited edition pieces, the classic water pitchers, paperweights, bookends & more. Speaking of glassware, there is an extensive collection of early Heisey glass as well as Flo Blue China by LaBelle and Madres. Other ceramics include hand painted pieces by Italian artist Nora Ceramista, Delft & more! 

When considering artwork we should not forget to mention local art that includes pieces from Floyd, VA and some artworks from West Virginia. Furniture includes a Fantastic European Armoire, Stepback Cupboard, Nice Display Cabinets, Merchants Desk & Walnut Plantation Desk from West Virginia. 

Added to this collection are an original oil on canvas painting by Salem VA artist Walter Biggs, and a beautiful P. Buckley Moss print in a barnwood frame. 

What lake house would be complete without two fishing boats (one motorized), fishing lures (new and antique), reels and tackle. Also included in this high end collection are antique cobalt decorated blue & grey pottery, McCoy and Weller vases and planters, Lladro Porcelain Figurines, books, primitives and collectibles. Last but not least to be mentioned are a selection of antique photographs including a Confederate Soldier Civil War Ambrotype, Sterling flatware & Jewelry including a 14k Gold designer bracelet with diamond and precious stones and an enamel bracelet by Hermes.

Highlights include a rare signed Walt Disney artwork, stunning Navajo rugs and pottery, and several fine oriental rugs. Collectors will appreciate the extensive custom jewelry collection, showcasing a large assortment of Bakelite pieces — many bold and colorful bracelets — along with distinctive Elks metal jewelry and other unique statement pieces.

The second collection is from the late Carolyn Holloway. According to her family, Carolyn was a musician and member of the Rhythm Queens, an all-female country and bluegrass band active during the 1960s. A centerpiece of her collection is her 1955 Gibson J-50 guitar, accompanied by period photography, autographs, and her original stage costume from her performing days. Her family also shares that she performed alongside Patsy Cline during the 1950s.

Additional items from her estate include unique vintage lamps, classic toys and games, an impressive vinyl record collection, and charming vintage décor.

Mr. Slone was a retired coal miner, dedicated survivalist, and passionate car enthusiast — and this exceptional auction reflects those pursuits.
